Director-General Hu Kaiqiang Meets with Zou Xiaolin, Former Second-Class Inspector of Chongqing Emergency Management Bureau

Hu Kaiqiang, Director-General of the National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and Deputy Director of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chongqing CPPCC welcomed Zou Xiaolin and his party.
Hu Kaiqiang pointed out that the platform insists on carrying forward the "Shanghai Spirit" and deeply implements the resolutions of the SCO Heads of State Council. Focusing on the core task of "building a new ecology of integration between digital economy and traditional economy", the platform promotes the construction of a collaborative innovation ecology of SCO national industries led by the "chain owners" of Chinese enterprises through the integration of various ownership market entities with the industry working committee, and helps local governments to attract investment, strive to break through the barriers of cooperation between enterprises of different ownerships and lay the foundation for the global redistribution of productivity.
Zou Xiaolin said that the platform stands at the height of "building a community with a shared future for mankind", and is constantly committed to maintaining the stability of the global industrial chain and supply chain, innovating the path and mode of "going to sea" of Chinese enterprises, and pragmatically promoting China and other SCO countries in industrial cooperation, project development and people-to-people exchanges and other fields to form solid results, to help local governments play an important role in high-quality economic development and high-level opening up. Looking forward to the platform to achieve more new construction and development achievements.
