Lingbao Municipal People's Government and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Multi-functional Economic and Trade Platform signed a memorandum of cooperation

Zhang Zhigang, member of the Standing Committee of the Sanmenxia Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Lingbao Municipal Party Committee, Liu Huilin, former party member and second-level inspector of the Sanmenxia Municipal Government, Song Sukui, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, Wang Wei, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Municipal Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, Hu Bin, vice chairman of the CPPCC and chairman of the Federation of the Federation of Industry and Commerce, Jin Long, attended the signing ceremony.
Zhang Zhigang delivered a speech at the signing ceremony. Zhang Zhigang pointed out that the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's national multi-functional economic and trade platform has been established in Chongqing, based in China, radiating Shanghai, linking the surrounding areas, and facing the world. It plays an important role in exploring the international layout of the organization's member units and promoting the development of an open economy. Being able to cooperate with your platform will definitely bring huge opportunities for Lingbao's future development. We sincerely hope that both parties can take this signing as an opportunity to give full play to their respective resources, technology, intelligence, and talent advantages, and establish and make good use of the Yellow River Golden Triangle. The Development Working Committee will expand exchanges and cooperation with SCO countries in the fields of industrial development, resource development, technological innovation, cultural and tourism integration, modern agriculture, and ecological protection. Lingbao City will show the greatest sincerity, the best resources, the most preferential policies, and the most "hard-core" services, undertake various projects promoted by the platform, and strive to explore the "Lingbao model" for the coordinated development of local governments and international NGO organizations ".
Wen Jixu said in his speech that the platform, as an international NGO organization under the multilateral framework of the SCO, helps Chinese enterprises to "go out to sea" through the industry working committee, helps local governments to attract investment, and promotes the redistribution of global productivity by industry. He pointed out that this visit to Lingbao can feel the determination and strong driving force of Lingbao's development. Lingbao is an important city in the Golden Triangle of the Yellow River. It has profound historical and cultural resources, especially the non-ferrous metal smelting represented by Lingbao gold and copper foil deep processing, and the characteristic agricultural product industry chain represented by selenium-rich apples. The development momentum of new materials, new energy equipment manufacturing, and new industrial clusters is very strong. Lingbao has unique geographical advantages, rich mineral resources, complete industrial elements and rich cultural heritage. It is hoped that through in-depth exchanges and joint progress between the two sides, a new journey of cooperation will be started.
