Ma Haijie, founder of Tongsheng Environmental Technology (Hebei) Co., Ltd., paid a visit.
Deputy Secretary-General Liu Jie, on behalf of Hu Kaiqiang, Director-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform and Deputy Director of the Committee on Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Overseas Chinese Affairs, and Foreign Affairs of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, extended a warm welcome to Ma Haijie and his delegation.
Ma Haijie outlined the business development of Tongsheng Environmental Technology (Hebei) Co., Ltd., highlighting the company’s technological strengths and project achievements in areas such as full‑life‑cycle services for urban drainage networks, trenchless rehabilitation technologies, smart drainage system deployment, and water‑environment remediation. He expressed his hope that, by leveraging the platform’s resource advantages, the company will deepen exchanges and cooperation with SCO member states in fields including the application of environmental‑governance technologies, industrial digitalization, and cross‑border project collaboration, jointly exploring international cooperation opportunities in emerging technology sectors and supporting the company’s global R&D and production strategy.
We note that, as a non‑profit international economic and trade organization, the platform brings together market entities of diverse ownership forms and establishes industry working committees to foster an international ecosystem for industrial innovation. It seeks to dismantle barriers to cooperation among enterprises with different ownership structures, thereby laying the groundwork for a global realignment of productive forces.
Qiu Rong from the Platform Project Expansion Department, Zhang Xiaxia, founder of Hebei Zai Lu Shang Motorcycle Parts Technology Co., Ltd., and Hao Yi, Global Overseas Marketing Consultant at Tongsheng Environmental Technology (Hebei) Co., Ltd., attended the meeting.
