Director-General Hu Kaiqiang Meets with Liu Wanzhen, Former Full-time Deputy Director of the Counselor's Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government

Hu Kaiqiang, Director-General of the National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and Deputy Director of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chongqing CPPCC, welcomed Liu Wanzhen, former full-time deputy director of the Counselor's Office of the Chongqing Municipal People's Government and former deputy director of the Emergency Management Office of the Chongqing Municipal People's Government.
Hu Kaiqiang pointed out that the platform insists on carrying forward the "Shanghai Spirit" and deeply implements the resolutions of the SCO Heads of State Council. Focusing on the core task of "building a new ecology of integration between digital economy and traditional economy", the platform promotes the construction of a collaborative innovation ecology of SCO national industries led by the "chain owners" of Chinese enterprises through the integration of various ownership market entities with the industry working committee, and helps local governments to attract investment, strive to break through the barriers of cooperation between enterprises of different ownerships and lay the foundation for the global redistribution of productivity.
Liu Wanzhen said that the platform stands at the height of "building a community with a shared future for mankind", and is constantly committed to maintaining the stability of the global industrial chain and supply chain, innovating the path and mode of "going out to sea" for Chinese enterprises, and pragmatically promoting China and other SCO countries in industrial cooperation, project development and People-to-people exchanges and other fields have formed solid results, which play an important role in helping local governments develop high-quality economies and open up. Looking forward to the platform to achieve more new construction and development achievements.
