Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Guangfu welcomed Wang Yifei and his party on behalf of the Director-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform and Hu Kaiqiang, Deputy Director of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chongqing CPPCC.
Wang Yifei introduced the relevant situation of the financing service department of the Municipal Economic and Information Commission, saying that the financing service department has continuously improved the financing service system around the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle and the grand strategy of the new land and sea channel in the west, so as to help Chongqing's scientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading. We hope to strengthen exchanges with the platform and jointly explore new models for the development of financial empowerment industries.
The platform pointed out that as a non-profit international economic and trade organization, the platform integrates various ownership market entities to build an international ecology of industrial innovation with industry working committees, and strives to break through the cooperation barriers between enterprises of different ownership, help local governments to attract investment, and lay the foundation for the global redistribution of productivity.
