Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone Liangjiang New Area Area Area Identification System Recently Launched

Since the release of the overall plan for the Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone on March 15, 2017, Liangjiang New Area has given full play to the advantages of the core area of the free trade zone and the core area of the China-Singapore (Chongqing) demonstration project, in-depth promotion of reforms, and actively promote the construction of the free trade zone. In order to provide geographic information services for government management and public services in the free trade zone, and to realize the registration of market entities in the free trade zone, supervision during and after the event, and preferential policies, Liangjiang New Area has developed and constructed a free trade zone area identification system, which will be officially launched in the near future.
It is reported that the system will use electronic maps as the carrier and geospatial databases as the basis to form a panoramic portrait of the market entities in the entire region, providing two major functions of free trade zone scope inquiry and free trade zone area identification for government management and public services. According to the relevant person in charge, the basic functions of the free trade zone area identification system include electronic map browsing of the scope of the Liangjiang free trade zone, inquiry of the boundary scope of the Liangjiang free trade zone, and inquiry of whether the address is in the free trade zone through map selection and detailed information.
In addition, one of the highlights of the system is that it can link the online fast registration function through a two-way link with the Liangjiang New Area Internet application platform. "When the user inquires whether the enterprise and the road section are within the scope of the free trade zone, the system will automatically pop up a message asking the user whether the enterprise needs online quick registration. If the user chooses to need it, the system will automatically pop up an online quick registration link for the user. After clicking on the link, the user can register online, which is convenient and fast." The person in charge said.
After the development of the regional identification system is completed, terminal equipment will be set up in the free trade zone of the Liangjiang New District Government Affairs Center, mainly using a touch screen stereo machine and a desktop computer. Among them, the touch screen stereo machine is used for map browsing, address query and display; desktop computers are used for map browsing and address query.
At present, the Liangjiang New Area Free Trade Zone area identification system is in the trial operation stage, and after the hardware conditions are implemented, it can be put into operation for the public.
