On the morning of March 15, 2024, the 2023 annual meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform Secondary Vocational Education Working Committee was held in Chongqing Yongchuan Vocational Education Center. Deng Rui, Chairman of the Education Work Alliance, Zhang Guangfu, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform, Special Representative of the Education Work Alliance, Fu Jianping, Investigator of the Vocational and Adult Education Office of the Municipal Education Commission, Secretary of the Education Working Committee of the Yongchuan District Committee of Chongqing City, and Director of the District Education Committee Zhongyi attended the annual meeting. Members of 48 secondary vocational education working committees and expert decision-making advisory committees attended the annual meeting. The annual meeting was presided over by Zhou Ping, director of the Office of the Education Alliance and former first-level researcher of the Chongqing Education Commission.

First of all, Deng Rui, chairman of the Education work Alliance, and his party visited the newly built Chongqing Yongchuan Vocational Education Center and fully affirmed the construction of the school's training base and curriculum ideological and political base.

At the annual meeting, the director of China and Italy delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the Yongchuan District Education Committee. She pointed out that Yongchuan is positioned as a famous city of vocational education in China, with the goal of "industry city vocational innovation" integrated development demonstration area, the national vocational education comprehensive reform pilot area, and the national high-quality technical and skilled personnel supply area, and the city of engineers. She looks forward to closer and in-depth cooperation with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's national multi-functional economic and trade platform in the field of education, serve the "Belt and Road", serve the construction of the new land and sea channel in the west, and jointly build the brand of the western vocational education base.

Yang Guangqi, chairman of the secondary vocational education working committee, made the 2023 annual work report of the secondary vocational education working committee and the 2023 annual financial report of the secondary vocational education working committee. He reviewed the achievements made by the secondary vocational education working committee in the past year in the four aspects of system construction, service to the society, brand building, exchange and cooperation, it also puts forward the next work plans, such as expanding the influence of the organization, formulating the standards of high-quality brand secondary vocational schools, and starting the pilot reform of vocational and general financing projects, aiming to unite the member units of various organizations, give full play to the advantages of vocational education, promote platform construction, and serve the national "the belt and road initiative" strategy.

Subsequently, Chongqing Business School and Chongqing Jukui Middle School, Chongqing Yongchuan Vocational Education Center and Chongqing Yongchuan Shuangshi Middle School signed a vocational education agreement, which deepened the construction of vocational education projects and laid a solid foundation for further promoting vocational education reform.

Jiang Bocheng, vice chairman of the expert decision-making advisory committee, has made clear the ideas of the work of vocational and general integration projects and the formulation of high-quality school standards from four aspects: mechanism integration and resource integration.

Kong Lingyong, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Yongchuan Vocational Education Center, Yao Xianguo, Vice President of Wanzhou Vocational Education Center, and Zhang Minghai, Director of the Office of Chongqing Agricultural School, respectively made "Vivid Practice and Positive Action-Focus on Building the Brand of Secondary Vocational Schools", "Deepen the Integration of China and Foreign Countries", "Build a New Benchmark for International Cooperation", "Build a foundation for students' thinking on agriculture, and deepen international exchanges and cooperation with agriculture as a bridge, it shared the achievements in international exchanges and cooperation, and provided experience for the work of the Secondary Vocational Education Working Committee.

Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Guangfu affirmed the explorations made by the Secondary Vocational Education Working Committee in building an organizational structure, selecting work directions, and exploring project implementation. From the dimensions of "quantity" and "quality", he encouraged everyone to "want to work" and "do more". "Do good things" and "do practical things". He pointed out that judging "good things" adheres to four "whether": first, whether it is conducive to the realization of the purpose and original intention of joining the product promotion committee and platform; second, whether it is conducive to the policy guidance of China and Chongqing; third, whether it is conducive to the integration of resources; fourth, whether it is conducive to orderly development. The Secondary Vocational Education Working Committee must adhere to the correct direction of running a school, accelerate the construction of a modern vocational education system, and provide strong talent and skill support for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country and the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Fu Jianping, a researcher from the Vocational and Adult Education Office of the Municipal Education Commission, summarized the results of the reform of vocational education in Chongqing, and raised the issue of the future development direction of secondary vocational schools in the face of the choice of entering a higher school and employment, and made suggestions on the establishment of comprehensive Senior high school, how to implement mixed ownership, and how to solve problems. Thinking, it is recommended that more secondary vocational schools join the secondary vocational education work committee, implement vocational education "going to go to the sea" open school, through "going out" and "inviting in" to participate in international industrial cooperation, humanities, technical personnel training and other aspects of cooperation, to achieve further improvement of talent training, and promote the high-quality development of Chongqing vocational education.

Finally, in his speech, Chairman Deng Rui affirmed the achievements of the Secondary Vocational Education Working Committee in the past year, and put forward suggestions and opinions on the next step of the proposed plan. He pointed out that talents, technology, and education are the strategic support for future Chinese-style modernization., Is the key to the formation of new quality productivity.
