Deputy Secretary-General Liu Jie, on behalf of Hu Kaiqiang, Director-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform and Deputy Director of the Committee on Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Overseas Chinese Affairs, and Foreign Affairs of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, extended a warm welcome to Zhang Xi and his delegation.
Zhang Xi outlined the business operations of Chongqing Maillard Culture Media Co., Ltd., highlighting the company’s strategic positioning and achievements across multiple sectors, including cultural and artistic exchange events, advertising agency and media placement, corporate branding and image development, conference and exhibition services, and digital technology solutions. He expressed his hope to leverage the platform’s resource advantages to strengthen cooperation and exchanges with SCO member states in areas such as cultural exchange, brand promotion, and digital media, thereby helping the company expand into international markets and advancing the global dissemination and cross‑cultural dialogue of China’s outstanding cultural heritage.
The platform notes that, as a non‑profit international economic and trade organization, it brings together market entities of diverse ownership forms and establishes industry working committees to build an international ecosystem for industrial innovation. It seeks to dismantle barriers to cooperation among enterprises with different ownership structures, thereby laying the groundwork for a global realignment of productive forces.
