Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Guangfu, on behalf of Hu Kaiqiang, Director-General of the Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Member States and Deputy Director of the Committee on Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan Affairs, Overseas Chinese Affairs, and Foreign Affairs of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, extended a warm welcome to Jiang Deyong and his delegation.
Jiang Deyong provided an overview of the development of Beijing Leshengyi Propolis Biochemical High-Tech Co., Ltd., with a particular focus on the company’s achievements in propolis product R&D, research on the theoretical foundations of apitherapy for health promotion, and expansion into international markets. He expressed his hope that, by leveraging the platform’s resource advantages, the company will strengthen cooperation with SCO member states in areas such as mutual recognition of health-food standards, trade in bee products, and exchanges in traditional medicine, thereby advancing the internationalization of China’s propolis industry.
The platform notes that, as a non-profit international economic and trade organization, it brings together market entities of diverse ownership structures to build an international ecosystem for industrial innovation through industry-specific working committees, with the aim of breaking down barriers to cooperation among enterprises of different ownership types and laying the foundation for a global realignment of productive forces.
