上海合作组织国家多功能经贸平台总干事、重庆市政协港澳台侨和外事委员会副主任胡开强欢迎姜大伟一行，王健平副秘书长陪同会见。
姜大伟介绍，中创国融能源(山东)集团有限公司是一家专注于能源领域创新发展的企业，业务涵盖新能源开发、能源技术咨询与服务、能源项目投资与管理等多个方面。他表示，公司一直致力于推动能源产业的绿色转型与升级，希望立足东北亚在矿业和工业等领域优势，依托平台发起东北亚经贸相关工作委员会，加强与上合组织国家在能源、科技等领域深度合作，助力东北老工业基地全面振兴，共同探索能源产业的新模式、新路径，为区域能源安全与可持续发展贡献力量。
胡开强指出，平台坚持弘扬“上海精神”，深入践行历次上合组织成员国元首理事会决议，围绕“构建数字经济与传统经济深度融合的上合新生态”核心任务，以行业工作委员会融合多种所有制市场主体推动构建以中企“链主”企业为引领的上合国家产业协同创新生态，助力地方政府招商引资，力求打通不同所有制企业之间的合作壁垒，探索建立“上合标准”，为生产力全球重新布局奠定基础。
王健平主持座谈会并介绍平台创新运营模式和建设发展成果，重点分享平台相关工作委员会国际合作成功案例，平台项目拓展部邱容参加座谈。双方就关心话题展开深入交流。
