Hu Kaiqiang, Secretary-General of the Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Member States, Deputy Director of the Committee on Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Overseas Chinese, and Foreign Affairs of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Director of the Chongqing Institute for Digital and Intelligent Industry Economic Development under the Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Member States, welcomed Han Xiaoyun and her delegation.
Han Xiaoyun expressed his heartfelt appreciation for the platform’s innovative operational model, which pragmatically promotes economic and trade cooperation as well as cultural and people-to-people exchanges among the SCO member states and other countries. He noted that cross-border e-commerce, as an important component of the digital economy, is also a vital vehicle for fostering economic and trade development within the SCO region. He expressed hope that, through this platform, they could fully leverage their professional strengths, establish close partnerships with cross-border e-commerce enterprises from SCO member states and from more regions around the globe, actively promote international cooperation and exchanges in the field of cross-border e-commerce among SCO countries, jointly explore new models and pathways for cross-border e-commerce, and contribute to the thriving development of global digital trade.
Given Mr. Han Xiaoyun’s extensive experience in the cross-border e-commerce sector, the platform has appointed him as the Director of the Cross-Border E-Commerce Center at the Chongqing Digital Intelligence Industry and Economic Development Research Institute of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Multi-functional Economic and Trade Platform, and held a ceremony to present him with the appointment letter.
Han Xiaoyun is a member of the 13th, 14th, and 15th Committees of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in Yining City, Xinjiang; President of the E-commerce Association of Ili Prefecture, Xinjiang; Chairperson of Xinjiang Horgos Xinyun International E-commerce Co., Ltd.; Chairperson of Chongqing Xingu Yun E-commerce Co., Ltd.; Deputy Secretary-General of the National Alliance of the Chongqing Cross-border E-commerce Industry Association; and President of the Chongqing Alumni Association of Hangzhou Normal University.
