“Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the Party Central Committee has kicked off its efforts by formulating and implementing the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulation, setting strict rules and imposing tough constraints to bring about a dramatic transformation in the Party’s and government’s conduct,” General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection on January 12.
When Party conduct is upright, public morals are pure, and the people are united, our cause will flourish—this is a conclusion drawn from history, and also a guiding principle for the future.
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping, from the strategic perspective of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, has outlined a visionary blueprint for fostering positive social norms. He has delivered a series of important remarks on promoting integrity and rejecting corruption, cultivating sound moral values, fostering new trends of family civility, and further shaping a societal ethos that is upward-looking and virtuous. Moreover, he has set an exemplary standard by personally practicing what he preaches, thus driving and guiding the entire Party and society to work together in unison and jointly build a new social ethos for our times.
Under the strong guidance of a sound Party and government ethos, social and public customs are moving upward and toward goodness, with flowers of civilization blooming in profusion. The new atmosphere and upright spirit are gathering tremendous momentum, and China’s modernization in the Chinese style is brimming with vitality and promise.
Actively promote the concept of integrity and exemplary figures of integrity, fostering a positive ethos that values integrity and rejects corruption.
Culture is shaped by the times. General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized, “We must strengthen the building of a culture of integrity for the new era” and “use a culture of integrity to nourish our minds and bodies.”
“Growing among hemp, it stands straight without being propped up.” Culture subtly permeates and nourishes, yet possesses the power to wear away stone with dripping water. By cultivating virtue through literature and fostering integrity through culture, the construction of a clean and upright ethos in the new era is deeply rooting itself in people’s hearts, promoting a positive social climate that cherishes integrity and resists corruption.
Jia Chunhong is the food and beverage manager at an economy hotel in Fuping County, Hebei Province, and there’s one menu that has left a lasting impression on her.
The “Hot Dishes” section of the menu lists: Braised Chicken Pieces in Brown Sauce, Fuping Stewed Vegetables, Stir-fried Pork Belly with Garlic Sprouts, Garlic-infused Cress, and Winter Melon Meatball Soup. The date at the bottom is December 29, 2012.
That day, General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Fuping for an inspection and had dinner in the evening at this budget hotel where Jia Chunhong works.
“At the time, the staff specifically instructed us not to order any alcoholic beverages. These four dishes and one soup were all local home-style cuisine, and ten people shared a table—everyone ate very cleanly,” said Jia Chunhong.
The camera pans back to December 4, 2012, when the 18th Central Political Bureau meeting reviewed and adopted the Eight-Point Regulation issued by the Central Political Bureau on improving work style and strengthening ties with the masses.
“The formulation and implementation of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation is a move by our Party to establish trust through concrete actions in the new era. We must persistently and steadily carry this effort forward—ten years may not be enough, so let’s aim for twenty years; if twenty years aren’t sufficient, let’s go for thirty. Only when we’ve truly transformed it into a widespread cultural norm can we use a sound Party ethos to guide social and public customs.” On January 9, 2023, at the Second Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, General Secretary Xi Jinping spoke with firm resolve.
On January 8, 2024, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, “We should actively promote the concept of integrity and exemplary cases of integrity, fostering a positive ethos that values integrity and rejects corruption.”
Integrity is a traditional virtue and a distinct value orientation of the Chinese nation, and integrity culture is an important component of China’s outstanding traditional culture.
Throughout its century-long journey, the Party has consistently inscribed the principles of integrity, dedication to public service, and serving the people in the annals of history. Jiao Yulu drafted the “Ten Prohibitions for Cadres,” stipulating that cadres must never seek special treatment under any circumstances. Yang Shanzhou devoted his entire life to fulfilling his pledge: “As long as my life lasts, I will never cease serving the people.” “If you can be on-site, don’t hold meetings”—Liao Junbo was fully committed and responsible, leading local cadres and the masses to roll up their sleeves and work diligently and pragmatically...
Since the advent of a new era, the Party Central Committee—with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core—has placed great emphasis on strengthening the building of an honest and clean culture in the new era, positioning it as a top priority in state governance and administration. Grounded in the “heart-learning” cultivation of Chinese Communists, it uses revolutionary culture to forge noble character traits such as selflessness and willingness to dedicate oneself wholeheartedly; leverages advanced socialist culture to nurture a cultural environment that promotes integrity in governance and impartial exercise of power; and draws upon China’s outstanding traditional culture to cultivate a spiritual realm characterized by self-discipline, dedication to public service, and strict adherence to integrity and moral principles.
The continuously refined top-level design and the ever-enriched institutional framework provide a clear roadmap and legal basis for building an integrity culture in the new era. The General Office of the CPC Central Committee issued the "Opinions on Strengthening the Building of an Integrity Culture in the New Era," and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee included "strengthening the building of an integrity culture in the new era" as a key reform initiative. At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, it was proposed to "formulate a Three-Year Action Plan (2025–2027) for Building an Integrity Culture in the New Era," thereby promoting the integration of integrity culture into all sectors and households.
In 2025, the exhibition “Clear Breeze for Ten Thousand Li—Ancient Chinese Integrity Culture” at the National Museum of China attracted numerous visitors. The Six-Foot Alley in Tongcheng, Anhui; the San Su Temple in Meishan, Sichuan; and the Bao Gong Temple in Kaifeng, Henan—these sites together weave a long tapestry of integrity culture that has been passed down through thousands of years of Chinese history.
“Just a single letter—why not yield three feet to him?” The “Letting-Down-the-Wall Poem” from the Six-Foot Alley in Tongcheng, Anhui, has become a vivid example for building an ethos of integrity in the new era.
On October 17, 2024, General Secretary Xi Jinping visited the “Six-Foot Alley” and warmly reminded everyone: “The Six-Foot Alley embodies the historical wisdom of our ancestors in resolving conflicts. It should be used as an educational venue for promoting China’s outstanding traditional culture, fully leveraging the fine virtues of the Chinese nation—such as courtesy and humility, and the value placed on harmony—and thus fostering a harmonious social environment conducive to peaceful living and prosperous livelihoods.”
As a country with such a large population, how can we address problems at the grassroots level and resolve them in their early stages?
The “Fengqiao Experience” of the new era reminds us that Party members and cadres must engage in work creatively—resolving internal contradictions among the people through mediation.
The “Six-Foot Alley Working Method for the New Era” has forged a path of grassroots governance characterized by source-based prevention, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and harmonious coexistence—a path deeply imbued with the spirit of harmony and inclusiveness.
The building of a culture of integrity in the new era is being steadily advanced, fostering a new ethos of truth-seeking, pragmatism, solidarity, and striving. A righteous spirit—where integrity is honored and corruption is shamed—fills the entire society.
Fight against the “Four Winds” and foster a new ethos. Formalism, bureaucratism, hedonism, and extravagance are strongly condemned and deeply resented by the masses. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the Party Central Committee—with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core—has demonstrated the spirit of driving nails home, persistently tackling the “Four Winds.” As a result, some unhealthy practices that were once thought impossible to curb have been brought under control, and longstanding, stubborn problems that had long resisted correction have finally been addressed. Consequently, Party conduct, government conduct, and social atmosphere have all undergone profound transformation.
The “exorbitantly priced mooncakes” have disappeared, and the “original flavor of mooncakes” has made a comeback—a single mooncake reflects a profound shift in work style. Across various regions and departments, efforts have been stepped up to thoroughly address issues such as “food waste on the tip of the tongue,” “malpractices in clubhouses,” and “corruption involving official vehicles,” strengthening the integrated approach of investigating and addressing both formalism and corruption. From designating “the Year for Reducing Burdens at the Grassroots Level” to issuing the “Several Provisions on Rectifying Formalism and Reducing Burdens at the Grassroots Level,” the Party Central Committee has consistently and deeply tackled formalism to ease the burden on grassroots cadres and the public. Party members and officials uphold integrity and honesty, and the people are witnessing tangible and meaningful improvements.
Practice has proven that when a good ethos of seeking truth and being pragmatic, valuing integrity and rejecting corruption is established, unhealthy trends and evil influences will lose their appeal.
In Chongqing, the “Yi Biao Tong” smart reporting system has integrated and streamlined various historical reports at the grassroots level, earning high praise from grassroots officials: “The workload has lightened, and our motivation has soared!” In Anhui, officials say, “Scientists focus solely on tackling key technological challenges—we’ll take care of the implementation.” As a result, cutting-edge technologies are moving faster from the lab to the production line...
“The further away unhealthy practices are from us, the closer the masses will be to us,” General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out profoundly.
Looking across the country, the practice of “going to the grassroots four times” has become a widespread trend, and “efficiently getting one thing done” is being steadily advanced. The public exclaims: “The Party’s fine work style is back again!”
“Guide the broad masses” People The masses consciously practice the core socialist values and cultivate positive moral norms.
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has delivered a series of important discourses on the building of spiritual civilization, integrating the cultivation of sound moral ethos into the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. These remarks have charted the course forward and provided fundamental guidance for promoting and practicing the core socialist values in the new era.
“Morality” is one of the key concepts in China’s outstanding traditional culture. The core values represent not only individual virtue but also a greater virtue—the virtue of the nation and the virtue of society.
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out, “We must deeply implement the Citizen Moral Development Project, deepen mass-based activities for spiritual civilization building, guide the broad masses of people to consciously practice the core socialist values, cultivate sound moral customs, and strive to be role models of socialist morality and guardians of fine social norms.”
Small virtues flow gently, while great virtues foster harmony and prosperity. For thousands of years, why has the Chinese nation endured and thrived? A key reason is that we possess a national spirit centered on patriotism—a continuous lineage of shared values.
On September 3, 2025, at Tiananmen Square, a grand military parade stirred patriotic feelings and the aspiration to serve the country among hundreds of millions of people.
“Be proud of our great motherland!” “To rejuvenate China, we, the younger generation, must strive for self-improvement!”... Chinese sons and daughters have left behind one heartfelt message after another, inspiring a shared determination to unite and forge ahead.
“Loving our motherland and our hometown not only manifests itself in an unbreakable attachment to its rivers and mountains, its people, its history, and its culture, but also in a heartfelt concern for the destiny and future of our motherland and hometown—and in a spirit of selfless dedication, willing to shed our blood for the cause of liberating and building our motherland and hometown.” During his time working in Zhengding, Hebei Province, Comrade Xi Jinping expressed his patriotic feelings with such deep emotion.
A nation with promise cannot do without heroes; a country with a bright future cannot do without pioneers.
These moments were captured by the camera—
Smiling, she leaned down and clasped the hands of the six veteran fighters and comrades who had fought in the War of Resistance. Bending over, she presented the certificate honoring national role models in poverty alleviation to Xia Sen, who was seated in a wheelchair. Circling around the chair, she took the hands of Huang Xuhua and Huang Dafa—two exemplary moral figures with silver hair—and invited them to sit beside her...
Respecting and caring for the elderly and honoring heroes—these are fine moral practices that should be fostered throughout society. General Secretary Xi Jinping is not only an advocate of these values but also a dedicated practitioner.
In 2014, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress adopted a decision establishing September 30 as Martyrs’ Memorial Day. Since then, every year on this day, General Secretary Xi Jinping has come to the Monument to the People’s Heroes to lay a wreath in tribute to the heroic martyrs.
Looking back at the past and reflecting on the present, with each solemn bow before the memorial monument, each heartfelt gaze within the纪念馆, and each moving recounting of heroic stories, the General Secretary has led the entire society to honor heroes, strive to become heroes, and ensure that heroes continue to emerge in abundance.
Ordinary people create greatness; heroes come from the people.
They read it again and again: “We hope you’ll continue to set a good example, actively promote truth, kindness, and beauty, spread positive energy, inspire more people around you to strive for excellence and goodness, and uphold the core socialist values.”
Since the advent of the new era, role models of the times, moral exemplars, “Good People of China,” and “Most Beautiful People” have continued to emerge. All sectors of society are learning from them and striving to become good citizens, excellent employees, and devoted family members.
Among the 24-character core socialist values, the two characters “rule of law” carry great weight.
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out, “We must uphold both the rule of law and moral governance,” and “we must adhere to the integration of governing the country according to law and governing the country according to virtue.”
It is glorious to uphold virtue, and shameful to lose it. The enactment and implementation of the Law on Protecting Heroes and Martyrs safeguard their dignity and image, while joint efforts to punish “deadbeat debtors” help build a society founded on integrity... Through one case after another, the rule of law and moral governance convey the right values, inspiring more people to emulate the virtuous and aspire to excellence.
Without moral cultivation, the culture of the rule of law would lack a vital source of fresh energy, and the implementation of laws would lack a solid social foundation. General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized, “In advancing the rule of law, we must vigorously promote socialist core values, uphold traditional Chinese virtues, foster social ethics, professional ethics, family virtues, and personal integrity, and raise the ideological and moral standards of the entire nation, thereby creating a favorable humanistic environment for the rule of law.”
The spirit of the rule of law has become deeply embedded in the very fabric of our national ethos. Since the advent of the new era, people’s faith in the law, their awareness of the rule of law, and their sense of adherence to rules have continued to grow stronger, and the consciousness of handling matters in accordance with the law, seeking legal solutions when encountering problems, resolving disputes through legal means, and relying on the law to defuse conflicts has been steadily reinforced.
“As long as the Chinese nation, generation after generation, continues to pursue noble and lofty moral ideals, our nation will forever remain full of hope,” said General Secretary Xi Jinping in words that carry profound meaning.
Promote the formation of a new ethos of socialist family civilization characterized by patriotism and love for one’s family, mutual affection and care, striving for progress and goodness, and joint construction and shared benefits.
General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized: “Family style is an important component of social ethos.”
“Three literary masters—father and sons—in one family; four great masters of literature through the ages.” This couplet from the Sansu Temple in Meishan, Sichuan, invites deep reflection: What kind of family ethos has given rise to the continuous emergence of talented individuals from the Su family?
On June 8, 2022, General Secretary Xi Jinping visited the San Su Ancestral Temple. “We must encourage the whole society to attach great importance to family education and family traditions, inspire future generations to cultivate a strong sense of patriotism and national identity, and strive to become talented individuals who can make meaningful contributions to the country and society.”
“Without the happiness and harmony of countless families, there can be no prosperity and development of the nation.” General Secretary Xi Jinping has consistently emphasized the importance of building strong families, providing sound family education, and fostering positive family traditions.
In Yinchuan, Ningxia, Zhao Shoucheng and his family sat together with community residents, urging everyone to “strengthen family bonds and make our lives even brighter and more prosperous.”
In Xianning, Hubei Province, upon entering the home of villager Xiong Chenglong, I expressed the hope that “the whole family will continue to work hard to improve both their production and their daily life, and to raise their children well.”
“No matter how much times change, no matter how much the patterns of life evolve, we must always place great importance on family building—focusing on the family itself, on family education, and on family ethos.”
Respecting the elderly and caring for the young, passing down family traditions through farming and study, and maintaining a frugal and diligent household—cultivating a fine family ethos is inseparable from drawing moral nourishment from China’s outstanding traditional culture.
“Since I was a child, I’ve been reading the little illustrated books my mother bought for me—‘The Story of Yue Fei.’ There were more than a dozen of them, and one of them told the story of ‘Yue’s Mother Tattooing the Word “Loyalty” on His Back.’ The image of ‘loyalty to the country’ has left a deep impression on my mind.” General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly mentioned the story of loyalty to the country.
Today, stories such as Mencius’s mother moving three times, Tao Kan’s mother refusing fish, and the tale of using reeds to teach her son are still widely told. Books of family precepts and instructions, like “Yan’s Family Instructions” and “Zhu Zi’s Family Instructions,” remain invaluable sources of intellectual and cultural inspiration for cultivating moral character and conduct.
Frugality and thrift are not only traditional virtues but also a new trend of our times.
Though a single grain of rice may seem insignificant, it reflects our civilization and moral cultivation. Though saving resources may appear minor, it can nonetheless unite efforts to foster social harmony and national prosperity.
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out, “Now that our living conditions have improved, we must by no means lose the spirit of hard work and frugality. We must uphold the principle of cultivating oneself through simplicity and building prosperity through thrift, and consistently practice economy and diligence in all our endeavors.”
Cultivate oneself through virtue, establish authority through virtue, and win the trust of the masses through virtue. The family ethos of leading cadres not only affects their own families but also influences the Party’s and government’s conduct.
“We must focus on studying and promoting Jiao Yulu’s dedication to public service, his pragmatic work style, his spirit of struggle, and his moral integrity.” In March 2014, when General Secretary Xi Jinping revisited Lankao, he met with Jiao Yulu’s five children. His second daughter, Jiao Shouyun, told the General Secretary: “We will definitely carry forward our father’s spirit and uphold our family traditions and values.”
Jiao Yulu taught his children never to “watch free shows”; Gu Wenchang warned his family, “You’re not allowed to take even a speck of public property”; Yang Shanzhou forbade his family from hitching a ride on official business... When family traditions are upright, the Party’s conduct will be upright; when family ethos is pure, government conduct will be pure.
“Leading cadres must strive to become moral role models for the entire society, take the lead in practicing the core socialist values, uphold Party principles, emphasize personal integrity, and set a good example. They should also take the lead in paying attention to family, family education, and family traditions, maintaining the noble character and integrity of communists, and, through concrete actions, inspire the whole society to promote virtue, pursue goodness, respect the law, and abide by the law.” These heartfelt words from the General Secretary carry great weight and significance.
The “15th Five-Year Plan” proposal explicitly calls for “strengthening the building of families, family education, and family traditions, and promoting the transformation of customs and practices.” The Civil Code stipulates that “families should cultivate fine family traditions, promote family virtues, and attach great importance to the development of civilized families.” The “Implementation Outline for Civic Moral Development in the New Era” clearly emphasizes “nurturing moral character through sound family education and traditions.” Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China has continuously improved and perfected its legal and policy framework for family, family education, and family tradition building.
“Promote the formation of a new ethos of socialist family civilization characterized by patriotism and love for one’s family, mutual affection and care, striving for excellence and goodness, and joint building and shared benefits.” Countless families cultivate positive family traditions, which together converge into a mighty and thriving trend of our times.
In recent years, various departments have actively organized and carried out activities to promote family civilization, resulting in the emergence of 16.48 million “Most Beautiful Families.” Moreover, over 500,000 touring lectures and performances on family education and family traditions have been organized, reaching an audience of 250 million people and significantly contributing to the enhancement of social civility.
New trends of family civilization are permeating the land of China, and a happy vision of harmonious families bringing prosperity to all endeavors and united households ensuring national peace and stability is taking shape.
Further foster a social ethos that promotes upward and virtuous values.
“We nourish our spiritual home with culture. The enthusiasm for cultural and museum exhibitions and intangible cultural heritage continues to soar; the world’s heritage list keeps adding new members; Sun Wukong and Nezha have swept across the globe; and the timeless charm of traditional Chinese style has become the ‘top aesthetic’ in the eyes of young people…” In his 2026 New Year message, President Xi Jinping painted this vibrant cultural panorama, noting that “the fusion of tradition and modernity allows Chinese culture to shine even more brilliantly.”
Cultivate people through culture and nurture the foundation with literature.
On November 30, 2016, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the opening ceremonies of the 10th National Congress of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the 9th National Congress of the China Writers Association that he hoped everyone would uphold their artistic ideals and use noble literature and art to guide social trends.
Since the advent of a new era, a vast number of literary and artistic workers have delved deeply into life, taken root among the people, poured their hearts and souls into their creations, and produced one outstanding work after another while nurturing generations of talented artists. These works spread truth, goodness, and beauty, and inspire a shared spirit of striving forward. Films such as "Chang'an: Three Thousand Li" and "Nezha: The Demon Child's Sea Adventure" carry forward China's splendid traditional culture; the dance drama "The Eternal Radio Waves" carries on the red heritage; TV series like "Mountains and Seas" and "Human World" reflect the spirit of our times; and literary works such as "Snowy Mountains and Vast Lands" and "Bao Shui" chronicle the tremendous transformations taking place in our country's rural regions...
Art and literature are the clarion call of our times—they best reflect the spirit of an era and most powerfully set its cultural tone. The ethos of learning and reading enlightens minds, enhances wisdom, and illuminates the path ahead. The “national trend,” the fervor for intangible cultural heritage, and the resurgence of traditional culture all deepen our sense of national identity and bolster our cultural confidence. On the vast grasslands of Inner Mongolia, members of the Ulan Muqi troupe brave wind and snow, endure scorching heat and bitter cold, bringing joy and civilization to countless farmers and herders. In fields brimming with hope, lively “village galas” and “village songs” are transforming rural landscapes. And on the internet, a new wave of mass art—created by the people and shared with them—chronicles our times and warms hearts everywhere.
Cultural and artistic enrichment nurtures one’s sentiments, refines one’s character, enlightens the mind, and sets trends. The Chinese people’s ambition, integrity, and self-confidence have never been stronger, and the edifice of the Chinese national spirit stands tall and majestic.
“Further foster a social ethos that promotes upward progress and moral excellence.” In May 2025, General Secretary Xi Jinping issued important instructions emphasizing the importance of spiritual civilization development.
A better life is created through labor, and happiness is earned through hard work. On October 23, 2022, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the First Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, “We must promote a social ethos in which a happy life is achieved through hard work and common prosperity is realized through diligence and wisdom.”
In 2014, a group of graduates from Baoding College in Hebei Province who had volunteered to teach in western China wrote a letter to General Secretary Xi Jinping, expressing their willingness to take root in the west—just like “clusters of red willows and sprigs of Potentilla”—to persevere with tenacity, embrace hardship willingly, and live humbly, bringing boundless vitality to the vast land.
The General Secretary’s reply was heartfelt and sincere: “Good children aspire to go far and wide; those with aspirations will never regret their struggles.”
Without a three-inch depression, how could there be a depth of ten thousand fathoms?
“With a patriotic heart, resolve to serve the country, and enhance our nation’s capabilities, we must closely link our personal endeavors with the future and destiny of our country. Let us run well in this historical relay race and shine brilliantly with youthful vigor on the broad stage of advancing Chinese-style modernization.”
With heartfelt instructions and sincere hopes, General Secretary Xi Jinping provides guidance for those who are striving forward.
In August 2024, during his meeting with the Chinese sports delegation for the 33rd Olympic Games, General Secretary Xi Jinping praised them for “showing the world the profound heritage of China’s outstanding traditional culture, showcasing China’s open and inclusive spirit and its vigorous, enterprising demeanor of our times, and highlighting the ambition, vigor, and confidence of the Chinese people.”
On the National Games arena, the younger generation continues to break records; in factory workshops, young workers are helping “Made in China” reach the world stage; and on streets and in alleys, delivery couriers and food-delivery riders bring happiness and warmth to countless households...
Aspiring high and keeping one’s feet firmly on the ground, coupled with hard work and practicality, have become people’s conscious pursuit.
“Our company—and we ourselves—are both deeply rooted in China,” said Wang Xingxing, founder of Unitree Robotics, during a symposium on private enterprises held on February 17, 2025.
The General Secretary encouraged him, saying, “You’re the youngest one here. The country’s innovation needs the younger generation to contribute their strength.”
The transformation of technological innovation into real productive forces is inseparable from a positive social atmosphere that “respects labor, respects knowledge, respects talent, and respects creativity.”
“Focusing on promoting high-quality development, we must mobilize and inspire the vast number of workers and laboring people to make achievements and contribute through innovation and creativity.” General Secretary Xi Jinping’s earnest instructions are now inspiring people to embark on a new journey with renewed vigor.
A gentle breeze refreshes the heart, and upright integrity fills the universe.
Good practices are forging a shared value consensus among hundreds of millions of people. Under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, the grand vision of Chinese-style modernization is steadily becoming a beautiful reality.
