He Yun, director of the Price Determination Center of the Chongqing Development and Reform Commission, introduced that the Chongqing Price Determination Center is guided by the adherence and development of the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era, and plays the functions of price determination, price dispute mediation, and price value demonstration., Medical beauty dispute mediation, digital (virtual) asset dispute mediation, prepayment (card) dispute prevention, commercial mediation and other five aspects of work.

West Investment Group is a new mixed-ownership enterprise platform led by the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Multi-functional Economic and Trade Platform and Chongqing Digital Intelligence Industry Economic Development Research Institute. It is a new mixed-ownership enterprise platform initiated by state-owned capital and combined with multiple capitals. The economic and trade platform promotes the construction of an international industry incubator with the core task of "the deep integration of digital economy and traditional economy.
The investment, operation and management industrial park of Xitou Group has a total area of over 800000 square meters and more than 3000 enterprises. In 2024, the Group is enriching Xitou WORK's innovative ecological service system, which coincides with the preparation of the "Price Dispute Mediation Center" by the Price Determination Center. It is hoped that this will be taken as an opportunity to discuss from the following three aspects:
1. The Price Determination Center and the West Investment Group jointly initiated the establishment of the "Price Dispute Mediation Center" and set up a special working group to promote rapid promotion from subject research and civil non-handling.
2. The price determination center, the "price dispute mediation center" and the West Investment Group jointly build the Chongqing Digital Intelligence Asset Trading Platform, which integrates the identification, evaluation and trading of digital intelligence assets.
3. It is envisaged that the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's national multi-functional economic and trade platform, the price determination center and the West Investment Group will jointly build a "foreign-related commercial mediation center", which will be submitted to the Director-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Economic and Trade Platform for approval after the formation of a special plan.
The representative of Chongqing Junyuan Culture Communication Co., Ltd., the preparatory service provider of "Price Dispute Mediation Center", made a speech and introduced the preliminary idea of "Innovation Platform for Multiple Dispute Resolution Scenarios of Price Disputes.
