Notice of Spring Festival Holiday in 2024

About the Spring Festival holiday notice
All employees of the company:
According to the spirit of the notice of the general office of the State Council and in combination with the actual situation of the company, the arrangements for the Spring Festival holiday in 2024 are hereby notified as follows:
1. holidays and rest time:
The holiday will last for 10 days from February 8, 2024 (Thursday) to February 17, 2024 (Saturday). February 18, 2024 (Sunday) normal work.
Work arrangement of 2. departments and projects:
1.Greenfield project:The building manager communicates with the property in advance, and the communication and situation feedback mechanism during holidays.(Person in charge: Chen Jia)
2.Jintai Project:The project department shall formulate special plans for property management during holidays and designate special personnel to be responsible for relevant work; including but not limited to: security, cleaning, construction, customer service, etc., and establish security cleaning patrol and emergency feedback reporting mechanism.(Project Leader: Jin Yudong)
3.North Station Project:The project department, in conjunction with the property department, formulates a property management plan during holidays, arranges plans for duty, rotation and rest, and establishes a mechanism for security, cleaning, patrolling and emergency feedback.(Project Leader: Fu Xiangguang)
4.Customer Service Department:During holidays, do a good job of customer communication during holidays, timely record and handle customer feedback, and report relevant leaders on special situations. The building manager pays attention to the daily inspection of the order of the property company, handles any abnormalities in time and reports them to the relevant leaders.
5.Investment Promotion Department:If there are customers visiting during the Spring Festival holiday, the Investment Promotion Department shall arrange or coordinate relevant colleagues to receive them in a timely manner.
6.Property service department: safety inspection and patrol during the Spring Festival. (Organize relevant departments to conduct a pre-holiday safety inspection for each project before the holiday) (Person in charge: Wang Xuewen)
All departments and project departments are requested to make corresponding work arrangements in advance before the holiday, and form relevant plans and submit them to the general manager office for approval and filing.
3. holidays pay attention to matters:
1. The Spring Festival holiday lasts for 10 days. All departments are requested to arrange their work in advance according to the holiday time and do a good job in normal operation during the holiday.
2. Pay attention to safety and keep the phone open during the Spring Festival.
