In November 2021, Chongqing High-tech Zone was included in the pilot enterprise innovation points system, and officially launched the city's first enterprise innovation points information platform in July this year. Gazelle enterprises, unicorn enterprises, high-tech enterprises, high-tech enterprises and other enterprises registered in the jurisdiction are included in the torch statistics as the first batch of pilot enterprises. At present, more than 200 enterprises have completed the platform registration and certification.

It is reported that the enterprise innovation points information platform makes full use of the enterprise data already mastered by various administrative departments to accurately and quantitatively evaluate enterprises through 30 evaluation indicators such as R & D investment, intellectual property rights, talent team, and scientific and technological activities, so as to form enterprise innovation points, provide strong support for credit granting by financial institutions, and help enterprises solve financing problems.

"Through the use of enterprise innovation points and technology and financial decision-making model, we introduced the Science City Guarantee Company to actively pre-credit enterprises with innovation points, and at the same time through standardized approval, to achieve rapid and accurate loan placement to enterprises, and control the financing cost below the loan market quotation rate (LPR)."
