Looking at the Yangtze River Delta from "One Screen" to Strengthen Urban Modernization Governance

Looking at the Yangtze River Delta, government services and social services "code-based", "mobile phone-based" and "home-based" provide convenience for more and more urban and rural people. Data flows and the Internet of Things guard social security in unseen places. Behind the screens is the continuous improvement of the level of urban modernization governance, and the city's operation is becoming more and more resilient.
On the afternoon of November 6, 2018, Xi Jinping learned about Shanghai's urban fine management and international trade single window operation at the Shanghai Pudong New Area Urban Operation Comprehensive Management Center.
The Yangtze River Delta region comprehensively uses advanced technologies such as cloud computing and artificial intelligence to explore the construction of smart cities, and continuously expands the application scenarios of digitalization of urban governance.
Shanghai Pudong New Area took the lead in launching the "One Industry, One Certificate" reform in 2019. This is in the office hall of the Pudong New Area Enterprise Service Center. The staff guides the citizens to apply for a Netcom office through a small mobile phone program (photographed on August 4, 2020).
Visitors visit the Shanghai Urban Digital Transformation Experience Hall on Jingxing Road, Yangpu District, Shanghai (photographed on April 7, 2023). The museum showcases the planning layout and the latest practices of various aspects of digital transformation in Shanghai.
In Xinhuafu Community, Feiying Street, Wuxing District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, residents put in garbage under the guidance of the garbage classification intelligent system. The placement will be summarized to the smart service platform in real time, and residents can get bonus points (photographed on April 10, 2024). In order to improve the level of digital management at the community level, starting from the beginning of this year, Feiying Street has successively set up intelligent service platforms in various communities under its jurisdiction, providing more than 40 "one-click direct" services such as intelligent garbage classification, community environmental monitoring, real-time repair reporting, employment information, parking guidance, etc.
Technics are on duty at the Hefei Urban Lifeline Project Safety Operation Monitoring Center at the Hefei Institute of Public Safety, Tsinghua University (photographed on April 8, 2024). Hefei City started the construction of the urban lifeline safety project in 2015, and gradually built a three-dimensional monitoring network in eight areas of gas, bridges, water supply, drainage, heat, integrated pipe corridors, fire protection, and water environment, and explored a new model of urban safety development based on scene applications and intelligent prevention and control. A new model of urban safety development oriented, innovation-driven as the core, and market operation as the starting point.

In recent years, Nanjing has actively built a digital, intelligent and intelligent urban governance system, taking "one network unified management" of urban operation as an important work to promote urban digital transformation, urban governance system and modernization of governance capacity.
