Hu Kaiqiang, Director-General of the National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and Deputy Director of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chongqing CPPCC, met with Zou Qixin and his party.
At the same time, as an expert in global capital quantification, Zou Qixin expressed his appreciation for the positive role played by the platform in promoting economic and trade cooperation and people-to-people exchanges among SCO countries. He shares research results in global quantitative hedge funds, international currencies and other fields. We hope to contribute to the maintenance of regional industrial chain supply chain and monetary and financial stability.
Hu Kaiqiang pointed out that the platform insists on carrying forward the "Shanghai Spirit" and deeply implements the resolutions of the SCO Heads of State Council. Focusing on the core task of "building a new ecological integration of digital economy and traditional economy", the platform promotes the construction of a collaborative innovation ecology of SCO national industries led by China's leading enterprises by integrating various ownership market entities with the industry working committee, and helps local governments to attract investment, strive to break through the barriers of cooperation between enterprises of different ownerships and lay the foundation for the global redistribution of productivity.
Deputy Secretary-General Liu Jie introduced the innovative operation mode and construction and development achievements of the platform.
In view of Professor Zou Qixin's professional research experience in the fields of quantitative hedge funds and financial derivatives non-equity instruments, international currencies, etc., the platform research decided to appoint Professor Zou Qixin as a professional consultant to the Expert Working Committee of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform Think Tank, and held a letter of appointment award ceremony.
