Heads of 36 member units and special guests from home and abroad attended the meeting.
Hu Kaiqiang, Director-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform (hereinafter referred to as the Shanghai Cooperation Economic and Trade Platform), Wen Jixu, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Economic and Trade Platform, Chief Physician and Professor of Neurology of the PLA General Hospital, Yin Ling, Deputy Director of the National Population Health Science Data Center, Liu Mingbo, Secretary of the Sansui County Party Committee of Guizhou Province, and Zhang Xiaoyong, Deputy Director of the Social Organization Administration of Chongqing Civil Affairs Bureau, attended the meeting.
The general meeting deliberated and passed the working rules of the special committee on urban development and cooperation of Chongqing Brand Building Promotion Association (Draft) and the election method for the first general meeting of the special committee on urban development and cooperation of Chongqing Brand Building Promotion Association (Draft), and other relevant systems and regulations, and elected the first Council.

Liu Weiguo, the first chairman of the Urban Development and Cooperation Working Committee, said in his inauguration speech that the working committee will integrate industrial elements, seize the opportunity of "going to sea", and focus on the SCO and the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" national regions and industries. "Cities and advantageous industrial regions" are the fulcrum, and actively lay out areas such as happy life, financial investment, industrial chain, humanities education, and business environment, promote international coordination of industries and production capacity between cities and regions, and empower high-quality regional economic growth.
Liu Mingbo said that the establishment of the working committee has become an innovative exploration and practical achievement for Sansui County to join hands with international NGO organizations to help the high-quality development of Sansui open economy. In the future, Sansui County will provide active policy support for the long-term development of the Urban Development and Cooperation Working Committee, welcome more companies to invest in Sansui, and jointly build the headquarters economy in Sansui, the industrial economy in the territory, and the trade economy to connect the "Belt and Road". New era regional cooperation system.
Hu Kaiqiang said that from 2022 to 2023, the Shanghai Cooperation Economic and Trade Platform will promote foreign investment of nearly 30 billion billion yuan, becoming an important bridge and carrier for promoting economic and trade cooperation and cultural exchanges between China and other SCO countries. The establishment of the Urban Development and Cooperation Working Committee will fully start a new journey to promote the development of high-quality industrial capacity cooperation among cities in the SCO countries.
