According to reports, strengthening environmental protection cooperation among SCO countries and regions is an important consensus of the heads of state of the SCO. The relevant resolutions of the Council of Heads of State of the SCO member States clearly promote inter-regional cooperation in the fields of environmental protection, ecological environmental security, climate change, and the protection and utilization of biodiversity. This memorandum will help promote more outstanding domestic and foreign ecological and environmental enterprises to land in Chongqing, and give full play to Chongqing's advantages as "chain owners" in the fields of soil remediation, environmental governance, and ecological restoration, and integrate different ownership market entities in the industrial chain to form related industries Working Committee. At the same time, we will promote and lead Chongqing's ecological and environmental protection industry to carry out international layout for the SCO and the "Belt and Road" countries, and build an international collaborative innovation ecology of ecological and environmental industries led by Chinese modernization.
