Director-General Hu Kaiqiang Meets with Ou Kai, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Coal Science and Industry Chongqing Design and Research Institute

Hu Kaiqiang, Director-General of the National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and Deputy Director of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chongqing CPPCC, welcomed Ou Kai and his party.
Ou Kai listened carefully to the platform's innovative operation mode and construction and development achievements, and spoke highly of the important role played by the platform in promoting economic and trade cooperation and people to people exchanges among SCO countries. Ou Kai introduced the relevant situation of China Coal Science Chongqing Design Institute. China Coal Science Chongqing Design Institute was established in 1953. It was originally a design and Research Institute directly under the Ministry of Coal Industry. It is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Coal Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd., a central enterprise. It has become a large-scale comprehensive survey and design group with distinctive characteristics, leading in Southwest China and well-known in China. China Coal Chongqing Design Institute is committed to providing customers with integrated and digital engineering construction comprehensive solutions. Its business scope covers more than 30 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China, and has conducted technical exchanges and cooperation with more than 20 countries and regions in the world. We hope to strengthen communication with the platform and jointly explore a new mode of international development in the field of comprehensive design.
Hu Kaiqiang pointed out that the platform insists on carrying forward the "Shanghai Spirit" and deeply implements the resolutions of the SCO Heads of State Council. Focusing on the core task of "building a new ecology of integration between digital economy and traditional economy", the platform promotes the construction of a collaborative innovation ecology of SCO national industries led by the "chain owners" of Chinese enterprises through the integration of various ownership market entities with the industry working committee, and helps local governments to attract investment, gradually break through the barriers to cooperation between enterprises of different ownerships, explore the establishment of "Shanghai Cooperation Standards", and lay the foundation for the global redistribution of productivity.
Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Guangfu introduced the platform construction and operation mode and development results.
