Liu Xianjiang listened carefully to the platform's innovative operation model and construction and development achievements, and spoke highly of the important role played by the platform in promoting economic and trade cooperation and people-to-people exchanges among SCO countries. He said that Chongqing, as an important strategic fulcrum for the development of the western region, is at the junction of the "Belt and Road" and the Yangtze River Economic Belt. It is accelerating the construction of the two-city economic circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing region and building an international consumption center city. I hope to rely on the platform, dig deep into Bashu culture, explore and create fashion benchmarking projects, cultivate cultural IP with both Shanghe and Chongqing characteristics, help drive Chongqing's urban fashion consumption level, and make positive contributions to Chongqing's integration into the "double cycle" new development pattern to write a new example of high-quality development and high quality life.
Hu Kaiqiang emphatically emphasized that strengthening mutual appreciation of civilizations and promoting good-neighborliness and friendship among all countries is an important consensus of the heads of state of the SCO. He pointed out that the platform adheres to carrying forward the "Shanghai spirit", deeply implements the resolutions of the SCO Heads of State Council, and focuses on the core task of "building a new ecology of integration between digital economy and traditional economy". The industry working committee integrates various ownership market entities to promote the construction of a collaborative innovation ecology of SCO national industries led by the "chain owners" of Chinese enterprises, and helps local governments to attract investment, gradually break through the barriers to cooperation between enterprises of different ownerships, explore the establishment of "Shanghai Cooperation Standards", and lay the foundation for the global redistribution of productivity.
