Deputy Secretary-General Wang Jianping welcomed Han Wei and his entourage on behalf of the Director-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform and Hu Kaiqiang, Deputy Director of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chongqing CPPCC.
Han Wei said that as a backbone subsidiary of China Minmetals and China Metallurgical Group, China Enfei has the first industry-wide engineering design comprehensive Class A qualification in the non-ferrous industry, with more than 120 PhDs, strong scientific research and innovation capabilities, and a deep and extensive layout of overseas business. We hope to strengthen exchanges with the platform and explore international cooperation in non-coal minerals, industrial upgrading, scientific and technological research and development.

Introduce the construction and development of their respective enterprises.
The platform pointed out that as a non-profit international economic and trade organization, the platform integrates various ownership market entities to build an international ecology of industrial innovation with industry working committees, and strives to break through the cooperation barriers between enterprises of different ownership, help local governments to attract investment, and lay the foundation for the global redistribution of productivity.
