On February 28, 2024, Hu Kaiqiang, director general of the national multi functional economic and trade platform of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (hereinafter referred to as the "platform"), deputy director of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chongqing CPPCC, and President of Chongqing Digital Intelligence Industrial Economic Development Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Digital Intelligence Research Institute").
Liu Jie, deputy secretary-general of the platform and assistant to the president of the Institute of Mathematics and Intelligence, and his party listened carefully to the detailed introduction of Peng Yiping, assistant to the president of the Institute, in the exhibition hall of the Institute to understand the development process and important scientific and technological achievements of the Institute.
Peng Yiping presided over the symposium. Liu Han, senior manager of the Industrial Development Department of the Institute of Heavy Research, and Qi Tingxiang, project manager of the Micro-nano Biophotonics Research Laboratory of the Institute of Heavy Research, respectively introduced MEMS micro near-infrared spectrometer and optical coherence tomography solutions, and made technical sharing exchanges.
Liu Jie introduced the platform innovation operation mode and construction development results. It is pointed out that the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Multi-functional Economic and Trade Platform adheres to the "Shanghai Spirit", deeply implements the resolutions of the SCO Heads of State Council, and focuses on the core task of "building a new ecological integration of the digital economy and the traditional economy". The industry working committee integrates multiple ownership market entities to promote the construction of a collaborative innovation ecology of the SCO national industry led by the "chain owners" of Chinese enterprises, and helps local governments to attract investment, strive to break through the barriers of cooperation between enterprises of different ownerships and lay the foundation for the global redistribution of productivity. We are willing to work with the Institute to explore a new model for the development of a modern industrial system led by scientific and technological innovation, and help foster and promote the high-quality development of new quality productivity.
You Hongjun, vice chairman of the platform Digital Intelligence Industry Economic Development Working Committee and vice president of the Digital Intelligence Research Institute, introduced the basic situation of the Digital Intelligence Research Institute.
Ma Jie, deputy director of the Expert Committee of the Institute of Digital Intelligence, experts Bai Jinlong, Ji Lei and Fu Yifeng, Peng Zhe, deputy director of the Intelligent Microsystem Research Office of the Institute of Heavy Intelligence, and Chen Chao, project leader, conducted in-depth exchanges on relevant technical fields.
Peng Yiping expressed the hope that through this exchange and discussion, we can deepen mutual understanding and give full play to their respective advantages, so as to lay the foundation for in-depth cooperation between the two sides in technology research and development and project incubation in related fields.
