Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Guangfu, on behalf of Hu Kaiqiang, Director-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform and Deputy Director of the Committee on Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Overseas Chinese Affairs, and Foreign Affairs of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, extended a welcome to Li Nong and his delegation.
Li Nong explained that Chengdu Jiaozi Financial Services Technology Co., Ltd. is a fintech company co‑founded by partners from leading venture capital firms such as Detong Capital and Dacheng Capital, together with Xun Technology, a domestic leader in blockchain technology. Leveraging three core technologies—blockchain, artificial intelligence, and AI‑driven big data—the company has built a credit‑based venture capital ecosystem. It provides equity and fund‑unit valuation services, as well as digital investment‑financing matchmaking solutions, to both venture capital firms and enterprises, thereby enhancing asset liquidity in the VC sector and helping China’s innovative economic achievements reach the global market through digital RMB. The company aims to capitalize on its platform’s resource advantages to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with SCO member states in areas such as fintech, blockchain technology applications, and cross‑border investment and financing services, jointly exploring new opportunities for international collaboration in the fintech field.
We note that, as a non‑profit international economic and trade organization, the platform brings together market entities of diverse ownership forms and establishes industry working committees to build an international ecosystem for industrial innovation. It seeks to dismantle barriers to cooperation among enterprises with different ownership structures, thereby laying the groundwork for a global realignment of productive forces.
