Zeng Zhongping, Executive President of Guoji Huineng (Chongqing) Energy Co., Ltd., paid a visit to the platform.
Deputy Secretary-General Liu Jie, on behalf of Hu Kaiqiang, Director-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform and Deputy Director of the Committee on Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Overseas Chinese Affairs, and Foreign Affairs of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, extended a welcome to Zeng Zhongping and his delegation.
Zeng Zhongping outlined the business operations of Guoji Hui Neng (Chongqing) Energy Co., Ltd. The company is dedicated to solar power generation, wind power generation, energy storage, and the R&D of emerging energy technologies, while also establishing a relatively comprehensive business portfolio in areas such as electric‑vehicle charging infrastructure management, information system integration services, big data solutions, and the development of high‑efficiency, energy‑saving technologies for the power sector. He expressed his hope that, by leveraging the platform’s resource advantages, the company will strengthen exchanges and collaboration with SCO member states in fields including new‑energy technology R&D, clean‑energy project cooperation, and cross‑border industrial investment, jointly exploring new opportunities for international cooperation in the green‑energy sector and supporting the company’s global expansion.
The platform notes that, as a non‑profit international economic and trade organization, it brings together market entities of diverse ownership forms and establishes industry working committees to build an international ecosystem for industrial innovation. It seeks to dismantle barriers to cooperation among enterprises with different ownership structures, thereby laying the groundwork for a global realignment of productive forces.
Qiu Rong from the Platform Project Expansion Department, along with Hu Jizhong, General Manager of Guoji Huineng (Chongqing) Energy Co., Ltd., and Pan Yanli, Director of the General Office, attended the meeting.
