Wu Qi outlined the operations of the Changsha Cultural and Creative Industries Association and Hunan Huxiang Famous Products Industry Development Co., Ltd. Centered on the cultural and creative industries, the company leverages innovative approaches—such as creative design, strategic marketing, and integrated operations—to bring together intangible cultural heritage and cultural‑creative resources, including ceramics and dark tea, thereby establishing itself as a comprehensive integrator of Hunan’s cultural and creative sector. The company also boasts multiple independently owned intellectual‑property‑protected cultural‑creative projects based on established IPs. He expressed his hope to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the platform, working together to support the industrial development strategies of SCO member states.
The platform notes that, as a non‑profit international economic and trade organization, it brings together market entities of diverse ownership forms and establishes industry working committees to build an international ecosystem for industrial innovation. It seeks to dismantle barriers to cooperation among enterprises with different ownership structures, thereby laying the groundwork for a global realignment of productive forces.
