Deputy Secretary-General Liu Jie, on behalf of Hu Kaiqiang, Director-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform and Deputy Director of the Committee on Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Overseas Chinese Affairs, and Foreign Affairs of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, extended a warm welcome to Luo Yong’an and his delegation.
Luo Yong’an outlined the business operations of Guizhou Tongcuncun Technology Development Co., Ltd. The company owns the “Tongcuncun” rural transportation service platform and is committed to leveraging internet and big data technologies to precisely match rural passenger and freight demand with available transport capacity, offering villagers safe and convenient mobility and logistics services—including scheduled shuttle buses, chartered vehicles, ride-hailing, taxis, public‑transport information, student‑specific shuttle services, as well as village‑level delivery, express small‑parcel shipping, and rural freight transport. Its independently developed “Tongcuncun” platform is the nation’s first smart transportation‑dispatching system designed to address the challenges rural residents face in accessing reliable travel options and moving small parcels in and out of villages. He expressed his hope that, by relying on this platform, the two sides can strengthen exchanges and cooperation, jointly advance the development of a comprehensive rural service system, and contribute to rural revitalization and integrated urban–rural development.
The platform notes that, as a non‑profit international economic and trade organization, it brings together market entities of diverse ownership forms and establishes industry working committees to build an international ecosystem for industrial innovation. It seeks to dismantle barriers to cooperation among enterprises with different ownership structures, thereby laying the groundwork for a global realignment of productive forces.
