Recently, the BCS 2026 Beijing Cybersecurity Conference was successfully held, during which the authoritative “2026 China AI Agent Leaders” list—jointly initiated and compiled by the Internet Society of China and the China Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Alliance—was unveiled. Chongqing Zhongguang Shuke Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongguang Shuke Group), a member of the Natural Disaster Prevention, Mitigation, and Rescue Working Committee of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform, had its self-developed intelligent medical‑assistance agent included on the list, making it the only private technology enterprise from Chongqing to be recognized.
This year’s “2026 China AI Agent Leader” selection is a prestigious benchmark event in the domestic AI agent sector, spotlighting groundbreaking innovations in artificial intelligence agents. The evaluation comprehensively assesses submissions across four key dimensions—technological advancement, practical application outcomes, system security and controllability, and industry‑wide demonstration value—drawing on projects from over a hundred enterprises spanning more than 20 industries. With rigorous criteria and high industry recognition, the selection process has identified only two organizations from Chongqing: the University Town Hospital affiliated with Chongqing Medical University and CG Digital Technology Group. Notably, CG Digital Technology is the sole private‑sector technology company to make the list, underscoring that its innovative achievements in medical AI have earned broad endorsement from national‑level industry bodies.
China Broadcasting Digital Technology Group closely aligns with the national digital economy and the “AI Plus” development strategy, adhering to policy guidelines such as the “Opinions on the Standardized Application and Innovative Development of Intelligent Agents.” The company remains committed to independently developing domestically produced AI technologies and is deeply engaged in the digital transformation of smart healthcare. The smart healthcare assistant intelligent agent featured on this list leverages a self-reliant, controllable AI technology platform, covering the entire medical care cycle—from pre‑consultation through treatment to post‑care—and addresses key pain points in the industry by delivering three core application capabilities: intelligent medical record quality control, clinical decision support, and intelligent insurance risk management. At present, China’s healthcare sector is undergoing a comprehensive transition toward information technology innovation, with the equitable distribution of high‑quality medical resources to the grassroots level emerging as a priority task in building a Healthy China. China Broadcasting Digital Technology’s smart healthcare assistant intelligent agent is meticulously tailored to meet the needs of primary‑level medical institutions, spanning critical business scenarios such as medical record management, clinical decision‑making, insurance risk control, and end‑to‑end quality assurance. By providing a domestically developed, highly secure, and lightweight AI solution, it helps bridge the digital divide at the grassroots level and promotes the widespread benefits of digital and intelligent technologies for the public.
This inclusion in the national-level authoritative ranking of AI agents represents the industry’s high recognition of Zhongguang Shuke’s in-house R&D capabilities in medical AI and the practical value of its solutions. Moving forward, the Group will continue to ramp up investment in cutting-edge AI technologies and core proprietary AI agent technologies tailored to specific industries, deepen collaborative efforts to deploy smart healthcare applications, expand domestically developed AI‑based solutions across multiple sectors, and strengthen industry–university–research collaboration.
