Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Guangfu, on behalf of Hu Kaiqiang, Director-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform and Deputy Director of the Committee on Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Overseas Chinese Affairs, and Foreign Affairs of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, extended a welcome to Zhao Jian and his delegation.
Zhao Jian outlined the development of Sichuan San Yi Wu Technology Co., Ltd., highlighting the company’s achievements—centered on its “315 China Agricultural Supermarket E‑Commerce Platform”—in advancing agricultural e‑commerce, rural revitalization, and the standardization of ecological agriculture. He expressed his hope to leverage the platform’s resource advantages to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with SCO member states in areas such as agricultural trade, e‑commerce platform development, and agricultural‑industry collaboration, thereby jointly contributing to the high‑quality growth of the regional agricultural economy.
The platform notes that, as a non‑profit international economic and trade organization, it brings together market entities of diverse ownership forms and establishes industry working committees to build an international ecosystem for industrial innovation. It seeks to dismantle barriers to cooperation among enterprises with different ownership structures, thereby laying the groundwork for a global realignment of productive forces.
