Hu Kaiqiang, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform and Deputy Director of the Committee on Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Overseas Chinese, and Foreign Affairs of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, welcomed Ren Rongzhi and his delegation. Liu Jie, Deputy Secretary-General, accompanied the meeting.
Ren Rongzhi introduced that Sichuan Kuncheng Run Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sichuan Wanguan Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd., a former New Third Board listed company (stock code: 872047) and a national high-tech enterprise. The company is a technology-leading, innovation-driven enterprise that takes technology as its guiding principle and boasts several domestically pioneering products. It specializes in the remanufacturing of hydraulic components, the development of advanced technologies for tunnel construction equipment, the design of hydraulic-electric control systems, and system integration services. The company has already developed high-tech products such as an online oil monitoring and filtration system, a 3D laser-based precise measurement system for construction waste, and an intelligent vacuum slurry extraction system. Currently, the company is actively promoting the export of smart hilly agricultural machinery, hoping to leverage its platform to expand into the agricultural machinery markets of countries along the Belt and Road Initiative and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, thereby helping the company broaden its international footprint.
Hu Kaiqiang pointed out that the platform is committed to upholding the “Shanghai Spirit” and thoroughly implementing the resolutions adopted by the Council of Heads of State of the SCO member countries. Focusing on the core task of “building a new SCO ecosystem characterized by deep integration between the digital economy and the traditional economy,” the platform leverages industry working committees to bring together market entities of various ownership structures, thereby fostering a collaborative innovation ecosystem in the SCO countries led by Chinese enterprises serving as “chain leaders.” This initiative supports local governments in attracting investment and seeks to break down barriers to cooperation among enterprises of different ownership types, exploring the establishment of “SCO standards” and laying the foundation for a global realignment of productive forces.
Liu Jie chaired the symposium and introduced the platform’s innovative operational model and achievements in construction and development. He focused on sharing successful cases of international cooperation involving the platform’s relevant working committees, and both sides engaged in an in-depth exchange on topics of mutual concern.
