As the first fermentation engineering undergraduate in the history of Maotai Distillery following the liquor industry authority Ji Keliang and his wife, the fourth session expert under the Guizhou provincial government, Chinese sauce-flavor liquor brewing master, chief craftsman of the great nation's sauce-flavor, national special invited liquor judge, national senior sommelier, member of the National Standardization Committee's Sauce-flavor Liquor Branch, expert group member of the China Alcoholic Drinks Association's Sauce-flavor Liquor Committee, and a member of the 9th to 13th CPPCC of Guizhou Province, Liang Mingfeng expressed appreciation for the platform's positive role in promoting economic and trade cooperation and cultural exchanges between China and other SCO and "Belt and Road" countries. He introduced that Guowei Liquor Industry inherits the authentic brewing techniques passed down by Maotai predecessors, holds more than 30 invention patents including "Plant Burial Method," "Distiller's Grain Cellar Method," and "Sauna Aging Method," and created the subcategory "Soft Sauce-flavor." It owns the famous Guizhou trademarks "Guowei" and "Yingbin," as well as Guizhou Province's famous brand products. He hopes to strengthen communication with the platform and work with relevant platform committees to explore new models, standards, and opportunities for Chinese sauce-flavor liquor going overseas.

Hu Kaiqiang pointed out that the platform adheres to promoting the "Shanghai Spirit," deeply implements the resolutions of the SCO Heads of State Council, focuses on the core task of "building a new SCO ecosystem integrating digital and traditional economies," and uses industry working committees to integrate various market entities of different ownership types to promote the construction of an SCO national industrial collaborative innovation ecosystem led by Chinese "chain leader" enterprises. This supports local governments in investment attraction, strives to break down cooperation barriers between enterprises of different ownership, explores establishing "SCO standards," and lays the foundation for the global re-layout of productivity.

Zhang Guangfu presided over the symposium and introduced the platform's innovative operation model and development achievements, focusing on sharing successful cases of industrial international cooperation by relevant working committees.
