Beijing, August 4 (Xinhua) -- Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), President of the People's Republic of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, recently issued important instructions on studying and incorporating netizens' suggestions on the formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan. He emphasized that the online solicitation of opinions on the formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan had high participation and wide coverage, representing a vivid practice of whole-process people's democracy. The broad masses of the people actively offered suggestions and put forward many valuable opinions and suggestions. Relevant departments should carefully study and incorporate them.
