Hu Kaiqiang, director-general of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform and vice chairman of the Committee of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Overseas Chinese Affairs and Foreign Affairs of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, welcomed Huang Mingda and his delegation.

Also serving as executive director of the Center for Science and Technology Cooperation of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, and chairman of the executive committee of the World Health Industry Conference, Huang Mingda expressed his appreciation for the platform's positive role in promoting economic and trade cooperation and cultural exchanges between China and other SCO and Belt and Road countries. Huang Mingda stated that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in promoting human health, and he hopes to strengthen in-depth collaboration with the platform in the areas of international exchange, scientific and technological cooperation, and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine, to contribute to the improvement of the health and well-being of people in various countries.

In view of Director Huang Mingda's professional achievements in the modernization and industrialization of traditional Chinese medicine, the platform, upon recommendation by the TCM Digital Health Working Committee, decided to appoint Huang Mingda as a senior professional consultant to the think tank of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform, and a certificate awarding ceremony was held.
