At the same time, as the initiator of the Global Data Elements 50 Forum and director of DAMA China, Wu Dayou introduced that the Global Data Elements 50 Forum relies on the national digital economy development policy and actively explores the development path, law, theory and method system of social change in the fourth industry cycle of data service industry of digital industrialization and industrial digitization through open activities and exchanges. We will guide enterprises to "use numbers and wisdom on the cloud", promote the digitalization of traditional industries and the capitalization of industrial data resources, promote the establishment of effective and orderly development standards in the domestic data factor market, strengthen the circulation, sharing and trading of domestic data elements, and ultimately realize the integration and development of the digital economy and the real economy.

The platform pointed out that as a non-profit international economic and trade organization, the platform integrates various ownership market entities to build an international ecology of industrial innovation with industry working committees, and strives to break through the cooperation barriers between enterprises of different ownership, laying the foundation for the global redistribution of productivity.
