In order to further enhance the scientific, accurate and forward-looking decision-making of the Institute, and integrate the intellectual resources of all parties, the decision-making Advisory Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Advisory Committee") was formally established after the research decision of the Institute's Management Office on October 8, 2024, and relevant personnel were appointed. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
The purpose of the establishment of the 1. decision-making advisory committee.
The Advisory Committee will provide comprehensive, in-depth and professional advice and suggestions for the Institute in strategic planning, major project decision-making, market dynamic response, interpretation of policies and regulations, etc., to ensure that the Institute maintains a competitive advantage and develops steadily in a complex and changeable market environment.
Composition of the 2. Decision-making Advisory Committee
The Advisory Committee is formed by the head enterprise representatives of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform Think Tank and various industry working committees.
Appointments to the 3. Decision Advisory Committee
1. Chairman
[wen jixu] is appointed chairman of the decision-making advisory committee for a term of one year.
2. Deputy Director
[Deng Rui], [Zhou Zeyang] and [Yang Lu] are appointed as vice chairmen of the decision-making advisory committee for a term of one year.
3. Members
Twenty comrades, including [Lu Zhijun], [Wang Guohua] and [Hou Jin], were appointed as members of the decision-making advisory committee for a term of one year.

4. other matters
