Hu Kaiqiang, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Countries' Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform and Deputy Director of the Chongqing CPPCC Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Committee, welcomed Wang Zhengguo and his delegation.
Wang Zhengguo expressed appreciation for the platform's positive role in promoting economic and trade cooperation and cultural exchanges between China and other SCO and "Belt and Road" countries. He stated his hope to strengthen interaction with the platform to actively contribute to international cooperation and exchanges in traditional medicine and intangible cultural heritage among SCO countries.
In view of Mr. Wang Zhengguo's professional achievements in Chongqing's intangible cultural heritage "Jiupin Xingyi Gongfa" and the traditional martial medical combined technique of tuina, and upon recommendation by the platform's Traditional Chinese Medicine Digital Health Working Committee, the platform's research decided to appoint Mr. Wang Zhengguo as Senior Professional Advisor of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Countries' Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform Think Tank, and held a certificate awarding ceremony.
Wang Zhengguo is the inheritor of Chongqing's intangible cultural heritage "Jiupin Xingyi Tuina Gongfa." He is a guiding expert and tuina teaching mentor at Chongqing Energy Institute, a mentor at the teaching practice base of Chongqing Second Normal University, a member of the Expert Committee of Chongqing Health Service Industry Association, a national treasure-level expert in Daoist Xingyi Gongfa, an advisor to Chongqing Hongmen Guild, honorary chairman of Chongqing Shapingba Martial Arts Association, and an expert of the 10th Expert Committee of Chongqing Beibei District Martial Arts Association.
