巴西中心与中国国际进口博览局签约：推动巴西科创企业在创新孵化专区参展

中新网 上海8月15日电 (记者 陈静)2025年8月15日是中国与巴西建交51周年的纪念日。当天，巴西中心首批机构入驻仪式在上海杨浦区云工场大厦举行。巴西中心与中国国际进口博览局签约，双方将共同推动巴西科创企业在中国国际进口博览会(简称：进博会)创新孵化专区参展，通过进博会这个中国对外开放的重要平台，助力巴西企业更好地拓展市场。

“巴西中心首批机构入驻仪式活动恰逢两国关系处于历史最佳时期，无论是两国政府间的高层互动，还是学术、科技、企业和文化领域的交流合作，都展现出前所未有的活力。”巴西驻上海总领事奥古斯托指出，伴随更多机构来到杨浦区入驻巴西中心，将进一步夯实两国在科技与创新领域的合作。巴西中心将成为推动巴中两国在商业、文化、教育及旅游等领域交流的重要平台。
巴西科技创新部官员丹尼尔·阿尔梅达认为，巴西中心在上海的落成是巴中外交关系中的一个重要里程碑，标志着双方为提升伙伴关系所付出的不懈努力取得了丰硕成果。这位巴西官员希望以本次活动为契机，巴中携手应对能源转型、数字化转型、粮食安全及人工智能发展等全球性挑战。
当天，巴西中心协调员武洁分享了杨浦区与巴西的科创合作历程。作为服务巴西企业落地中国市场以及中国企业“出海”巴西市场的综合性服务平台，巴西中心承载着深化中巴科技创新、经贸、文化等多领域交流合作的重要使命。
马托格罗索州投资促进局国际合作主管亚丽安娜分享了与中国的合作机遇以及对巴西中心的期待。巴西奥尔贝塔公司首席执行官法布里乔将在杨浦落地公司的过程拍摄成视频，向大家展示了“一张机票+一本护照+巴西中心和杨浦区政府的全程保驾护航”过程，并直言，这就是巴西企业直通中国市场的最佳营商环境。据悉，他的公司注册名称是巴浦科技，寓意着巴西和杨浦的紧密合作。

为了庆祝中巴建交51周年，巴西中心联合巴西驻上海总领事馆举行了巴西咖啡体验、巴西音乐表演等系列庆祝内容，吸引了逾40位巴西友人和近百位中国嘉宾出席。
未来，巴西中心将继续吸引更多优质巴西企业和机构入驻，进一步深化与巴西在经济、文化、科技、教育等领域的交流互动，推动双方在高端制造业、生物医药、新能源、人工智能等战略性新兴产业的深度合作，助力上海杨浦成为更具国际影响力的创新高地。(完)
