Focusing on the core task of "building a new ecological integration of digital economy and traditional economy", the platform promotes the construction of a national industrial collaborative innovation ecology led by "chain owners" of Chinese enterprises by integrating various ownership market entities with the industry working committee, and helps local governments to attract investment, strive to break through the barriers to cooperation between enterprises of different ownerships, explore the establishment of "Shanghai Cooperation Standards", and lay the foundation for the global redistribution of productivity.
