Feng Yu introduced the basic situation of Aneng Group and Aneng Chongqing Company. He said that China Aneng Construction Group Co., Ltd. is a central enterprise approved by the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and in accordance with the strategic deployment of cross-military and local reforms, it was transferred from the Armed Police Hydropower Force as a whole. It is mainly responsible for the national major natural disaster project rescue and key project construction tasks. The group company is a member unit of the National Defense General Administration, the natural disaster engineering emergency rescue center of the Emergency Management Department, and the unit where the central enterprise emergency rescue system comprehensive platform is located. It is the only central enterprise with natural disaster emergency rescue and engineering construction as its main business. Since its establishment, Chongqing company has participated in more than 30 major rescue and rescue missions around the strategic direction of "one base, two wings, three new and four percent" of the group. At the same time, it has actively cultivated the engineering construction field dominated by water conservancy and electric power, and made important contributions to the emergency rescue and engineering construction of natural disaster projects. We hope to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the platform, give full play to the company's professional advantages in the fields of emergency rescue and engineering construction, deeply integrate into serving SCO countries and jointly building "Belt and Road Initiative" countries, and make new contributions to the high-quality development of the regional economy.
Hu Kaiqiang pointed out that the platform insists on carrying forward the "Shanghai Spirit" and deeply implements the resolutions of the SCO Heads of State Council. Focusing on the core task of "building a new ecological integration of digital economy and traditional economy", the platform promotes the construction of a national industrial collaborative innovation ecology led by "chain owners" of Chinese enterprises by integrating various ownership market entities with the industry working committee, and helps local governments to attract investment, strive to break through the barriers to cooperation between enterprises of different ownerships, explore the establishment of "Shanghai Cooperation Standards", and lay the foundation for the global redistribution of productivity.
Zhang Guangfu presided over the symposium and introduced the platform's innovative operation mode and construction and development achievements, focusing on sharing the successful cases of international cooperation of the relevant working committees of the platform.
