We hope to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism with the platform, rely on the industrial foundation of Tianshui City, strengthen the in-depth cooperation between the two sides in the fields of economy and trade, investment, cultural tourism, etc., and jointly explore new models and new paths for the development of export-oriented economy, so as to help Tianshui achieve higher quality development and higher level of opening up.
Hu Kaiqiang pointed out that the platform insists on carrying forward the "Shanghai Spirit" and deeply implements the resolutions of the SCO Heads of State Council. Focusing on the core task of "building a new ecological integration of digital economy and traditional economy", the platform promotes the construction of a national industrial collaborative innovation ecology led by "chain owners" of Chinese enterprises by integrating various ownership market entities with the industry working committee, and helps local governments to attract investment, strive to break through the barriers to cooperation between enterprises of different ownerships, explore the establishment of "Shanghai Cooperation Standards", and lay the foundation for the global redistribution of productivity. We are willing to strengthen cooperation with Tianshui City, explore a new model of coordinated development between international economic and trade organizations and local governments, and jointly create landmark achievements in international cooperation.
