Hu Kaiqiang, Director-General of the National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Deputy Director of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chongqing CPPCC, and Director of the Chongqing Digital Intelligence Industrial Economic Development Research Institute of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform, welcomed He Yun and his entourage, Secretary-General Wen Jixu and Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Guangfu accompanied the meeting.

He Yun introduced the latest policies and development trends of the Price Certification Center of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Price Certification Center of Chongqing Development and Reform Commission on the price determination and review of the property involved in the case, the price determination of tax-related property and the mediation of price disputes. He hoped to explore innovative cooperation in the fields of "price dispute mediation platform", "ESG certification system" and "price value research" with the national multi-functional economic and trade platform of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, adhere to and develop the "Maple Bridge Experience" in the new era, help promote the reform of the price mechanism and improve the diversified resolution mechanism and innovative model of contradictions and disputes.

Hu Kaiqiang pointed out that the platform insists on carrying forward the "Shanghai Spirit" and deeply implements the resolutions of the SCO Heads of State Council. Focusing on the core task of "building a new ecological integration of digital economy and traditional economy", the platform promotes the construction of a collaborative innovation ecology of SCO national industries led by China's leading enterprises by integrating various ownership market entities with the industry working committee, and helps local governments to attract investment, strive to break through the barriers of cooperation between enterprises of different ownerships and lay the foundation for the global redistribution of productivity. He stressed that the platform and the Chongqing Municipal Development and Reform Commission's Price Determination Center have promoted the joint construction of a "price dispute mediation platform" and an "ESG certification system", which are in line with the development needs of the current era and are of great exploration and practical significance for assisting in serving (international) commercial mediation, actively participating in the formulation of international rules and exploring the establishment of "Shanghai Cooperation Standards.
