Hu Kaiqiang, Director-General of the National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and Deputy Director of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chongqing CPPCC, welcomed Grasikov and his party, accompanied by Secretary-General Wen Jixu.

Gracikov expressed his sincere appreciation for the positive role played by the platform in promoting economic and trade cooperation among SCO countries. He introduced the Russian State Technology Group (ROSTEC) and its subsidiary RT Reservoir Systems. He said that the Russian State Technology Group covers almost all areas of the high-tech industry and is responsible for assisting the development, production and export of Russian high-tech products. It is Russia's largest state-owned industrial enterprise in the fields of technology, innovation and industrial development. As the energy director of RT Reservoir Systems, I hope to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the platform and promote cooperation between the two sides in energy-related industries.

Hu Kaiqiang pointed out that the platform insists on carrying forward the "Shanghai Spirit" and deeply implements the resolutions of the SCO Heads of State Council. Focusing on the core task of "building a new ecological integration of digital economy and traditional economy", the platform promotes the construction of a collaborative innovation ecology of SCO national industries led by China's leading enterprises by integrating various ownership market entities with the industry working committee, and helps local governments to attract investment, strive to break through the barriers of cooperation between enterprises of different ownerships and lay the foundation for the global redistribution of productivity.

Secretary-General Wen Jixu presided over the symposium and introduced the platform's innovative operation model and construction and development results, focusing on sharing successful cases of international cooperation with relevant working committees of the platform, and putting forward feasible suggestions for cooperation between the two parties.
