At the same time, as the honorary chairman of the China Hotel Association's Famous Chefs Committee and the commander-in-chief of the Hangzhou G20 Summit banquet, Hu Zhongying said that Chinese cuisine is an important part of Chinese traditional food culture and world food culture, and an important carrier for promoting cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries. Hu Zhongying, male, Han, senior technician, national Chinese cook. Since January 1967, he entered Hangzhou Wanghailou Restaurant and studied under the famous Hangzhou chef Mr. Tong Shuilin. He is good at Hangzhou dishes (fan dishes), cooking innovative fancy dishes, planning and production of medium-grade court banquets (food festivals and exhibitions), cooking training and red case operations, etc. He has won the "Hangzhou Model Worker", "International Cooking Art Master", "China's Top Ten Cooking Masters", "Chinese Cooking Master", "Zhejiang Cooking Master", "Hangzhou Cooking Master", and won the first Chinese Cooking "World Competition Gold Medal", Prague "International Cooking Competition" double gold medal winner, won the "Second National Cooking Competition" gold, silver and copper medals and other honors and titles.
