Recently, Li Guangcan, the cultural and artistic dissemination messenger of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform and the vice chairman of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Artists Association, presented the landscape painting "Shanghe Spring Rhyme" to the platform creation. Hu Kaiqiang, Director General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform, Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs, and Deputy Director Hu Kaiqiang attended the Deputy.
Hu Kaiqiang spoke highly of Mr. Li Guangcan's profound artistic attainments and vigorous creativity, and thanked Mr. Li Guangcan for his positive contribution to the platform's foreign cultural communication and exchange. He said that the traditional Chinese painting "Shanghe Spring Rhyme" has a far-reaching and magnificent artistic conception, fully demonstrating the "Shanghai spirit" of "mutual trust and mutual benefit, equal consultation, respect for diverse civilizations, and seeking common development". He emphasized that strengthening mutual appreciation of civilizations and promoting cultural exchanges are important consensus of the heads of SCO member states. Since the platform was established in Chongqing, it has thoroughly implemented the previous resolutions of the Council of Heads of State, carried out cultural exchange activities with foreign countries through multi-dimensional, multi-channel and multi-form, spread and display the rich and splendid long-standing civilization of the SCO countries, continuously promoted the formation of the SCO diverse civilization ecology and the harmonious and beautiful homeland of all things, and helped to build a cultural community of the SCO countries that "each has its own beauty and the same beauty.
Li Guangcan expressed that he hopes to show the magnificent scene of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River through this work, and express that the SCO countries are connected by mountains and rivers and share a common destiny. With painting as the medium, while conveying the long history and splendid civilization of the Chinese nation, it also conveys the connotation of "Shanghai spirit" to more people. He hopes to use more calligraphy and painting works to tell Chinese stories to the world, convey the voice of Shanghai Cooperation, and make new contributions to cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.
Li Guangcan, born in Shima Mountain with the word 3., is a member of the China Democratic National Construction Association and a landscape painter. He was born in Chongqing in 1958. Currently a member of Chongqing Artists Association, a first-class creator of Chongqing Creation Center of China Artists Association, Dean of Chongqing Yilin Painting Academy, Vice Chairman of Chongqing Liangjiang New District Artists Association, Vice President of Chongqing Democratic Construction Painting and Calligraphy Academy, Vice President of Beijing Kyushu Painting and Calligraphy Academy, Member of Chongqing Chinese Painting Society, Vice President of Chongqing Jiangbei District CPPCC Painting and Calligraphy Academy, Vice President of Feng Yuxiang Painting and Calligraphy and Calligraphy and Calligraphy Academy, Chongqing Modern Zen Academy.
In the creation of traditional Chinese painting, Li Guangcan has inherited the tradition and made some innovations. He pursues artistic conception, pays attention to pen and ink, pays attention to sketching, is good at painting the great landscape of Xiajiang River, devotes himself to painting, uses his pen to be strong, dry and wet to seek change, is both rigid and soft, accumulates ink and breaks ink. Gradually formed the magnificent, elegant and ethereal, moist and magnificent personal painting artistic characteristics. The masterpieces of painting art include the 100-meter traditional Chinese painting scroll of the Great three Gorges, which has been invited many times to create large-scale traditional Chinese painting works for the Chongqing Municipal Government and related institutions, and some of the works are presented to foreign guests as national gifts. He has successively published a number of personal paintings such as "The Great Three Gorges" 100-meter Chinese Painting Scroll, "Li Guangcan Chinese Landscape Painting Collection", "Wanli Yangtze River Learning Qingfeng-Li Guangcan Landscape Painting Collection" and so on.
