Currently the President of the Zhong Hospital in Bishan District, Chongqing (Bishan Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine). In 2013, he was awarded the title of "Advanced Hospital Management Worker" by Chongqing Municipality; from 2016 to 2017, he received two Science and Technology Achievement Awards from Chongqing Municipality; in 2019, he was recognized as an "Outstanding Individual in Conscription Work" by Chongqing Municipality; in 2022, he was honored as a "Top-Tier Outstanding CPPCC Member" by the Bishan District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in Chongqing; in 2023, he was awarded both the "Outstanding Social Sentiment & Public Opinion Contributor" and the "Outstanding Individual in Social Sentiment & Public Opinion" titles by the same committee; and in 2022, he was also recognized as an "Advanced Individual for Supporting Wuxi."
